Indian Bombay SENSEX Forecast 4-3-12

Just like other markets indices of the world, Bombay SENSEX, is waiting to launch a strong rally.

It is being held by the a downward trend line staring from the week of 02/24. Furthermore, there is overhead resistance of 17,815 (downward trend-line lies in similar area, too).

My proprietary system is indicating that, once the said resistance (17,815) is overtaken, then there shall be a continuation of the strong rally. Not only this rally shall recover the 21,000 level, but it has potential to continue up to 22,000-22,300. Once SENSEX goes beyond 23,000, I expect it to find a strong resistance in the area of 24,300.
